Hello and welcome to my shop! All items are handmade with love, in the highest intention. If you like what you see but don't see exactly what you want, send me a convo and I'll see if I can do what you're looking for (though I will not copy someone else's work). I love custom orders more than anything, so don't be shy!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Buying jewelry sight unseen is tough. I know I've done it and had regrets. Returns are happily accepted as long as the item(s) is/are retuned in the same condition as received and within a period of 2 weeks of receipt. If the item is for a gift, and the giftee is not happy, just convo me and we'll figure out a solution.

When I have received the item(s) back and found it/them to be in the proper condition, I will refund the cost of the item(s), usually within 24 hours of receipt. In cases where I have made a mistake and *only* when I have made a mistake, I will refund the shipping. I do not refund shipping for any other reason. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment
Payment is by paypal or by direct checkout. If you really want something but need to pay over time, convo me and we'll work something out.
Shipping
I ship first class, unless you need it to arrive as quickly as possible, and there should be a way to select priority mail - if not, please contact me. I ship within a day of receiving payment, unless it's a weekend or postal holiday, and then I ship on the day that service returns. I don't require you to buy insurance as I don't like paying for it myself, unless it's an especially valuable package and then it makes sense. You are more than welcome to request insurance but please do so before you pay so I can add the insurance cost to your invoice.
Additional policies and FAQs
It's important to me that my customers are happy. As hard as it can be to say that something's wrong, I would prefer that you do because the truth is always best in these situations. Please contact me through a convo and I will do what I can to work things out. My goal is that you would feel good about buying from me again, even if you never do.

Also, and this is important: I work with sterling silver, which is beautiful but can also break. If you buy something from me and it does break, do let me know because I can try to fix it for you, usually for little to no cost beyond mailing it back to me.

Sometimes I can make a matching earring if you lose one - if I have the materials needed, I'd be happy to! The cost would be half the cost of the original pair, plus shipping.
